Front Office Skills Course

A front office personnel is the first point of contact for hotel guests and therefore, is the focal point for all information about the hotel and its facilities.

The Skills Malaysia INVITE Front Office course will provide participants with an overview of Front Office procedures, and offer practical advice in handling all phases of the guest cycle. This practical course will provide skills and knowledge in the operation of Front of House Reservations.

Graduates should be successful in developing future front office careers within hotels and other establishments in the leisure and tourism sectors.

Assessment may be conducted through oral, written and practical methods.
Upon completion of this course, students will receive the following Certificates and Diplomas:
  • Malaysian Skills Certificate – Front Office Assistant (Level 2)
  • Malaysian Skills Certificate – Front Office Supervisor (Level 3)

DURATION 24 months, including 12 - 24 weeks internship training

  • 18 – 45 years old
  • With 9 Years Schooling OR
  • With 6 Years Schooling and 3 Years Prior Work Experiences in Related Fields
